AirportShuttles.com, Brian H. Nelson is Counsel in the Corporate Department of
Edwards & Angell, LLP, a national law firm. He has extensive experience with
corporate, intellectual property and technology transactions for public, private
and emerging growth companies. Brian advises clients
in the strategic growth of their businesses, including financing, management and
the commercialization of proprietary products and services. He has structured,
negotiated and closed complex deals with a particular focus on development, licensing,
distribution and joint ventures. Brian also represents companies, individuals
and institutional investors with private equity and venture capital transactions,
debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He has
worked in a broad variety of industries, including software, hardware, telecom,
e-commerce, media and entertainment, banking, aviation, hotel and travel, healthcare
and pharmaceuticals. In addition to serving as a board
member and General Counsel of the SFTA, Brian sits on the Executive Council of
the Florida Bar International Law Section and serves as Chair of the Section's
Technology and Telecommunications Committee. He is a member of several American
Bar Association committees related to business, intellectual property and franchise
